Examination and Evaluation System

Examinations in respect of MBA, PGDCA, M.Sc.(CS) & MCA are conducted on semester basis in January & June every year & for other courses the examinations are conducted on Annual basis in the month of June every year. Special examinations for 3rd year of BBA, BMC & MCA are also conducted in the month of May every year in order to provide opportunity to the students of these classes to take admission in the higher classes. Examination centres are created in different parts of the country preferably Govt. Colleges / Institutions affiliated to facilitate the students to appear in the exam on the nearest possible station. University deputes Centre Superintendent from the University & also from the colleges affiliated to other Universities. In order to ensure that the examinations are held smoothly, flying squads are also deputed at different examination centres.
In MBA and MCA courses, a synopsis is to be prepared by the students outlining the objectives and methodology of the proposed study. The guidelines of the synopsis and the project are available on the website of the university. After evaluation and approval of the synopses by the experts, the students have to submit a project.
